Many of the kids from the Oklahoma City Bombing and 911 received assistance. Is that what you mean?

the only thing I can think of that would help you is if you were put in foster care after this happened, then you might be able to get an Education and Training Voucher. That's something for former foster kids and the website for it is http://www.statevoucher.org

Other than that I don't know.
