Are there any great diners or deli's in Atlanta?

I really enjoy eating at diners/deli's. I'm looking for something along the lines of what might be found in NYC.

there is a great place called EATS, off of peach tree st down town in a slummy little area, the digs are a little shabby, the clientele extremely eclectic but the food....to d**n near die for.

The Bagel Palace in Toco Hills has the best bagels in Atlanta, not as good as NYC but they satistfy the craving and they have good smoked fish.

The Majestic Diner on Ponce

Silver Skillet on 14th Street

Pot n' Pan on Piedmont, if its still open

Easily the best deli is Goldberg's (several locations), not NY, but very good.   Gruby's (Pill Hill) is another good NY style deli.

The Buckhead Diner might be interesting.  It is a fine dining restaurant with a diner look/feel and influences.  Definitely not typical diner food (or prices).

The Flying Biscuit is really good....I don't know how much of a  diner it is really is tho...

Look on yelp.com....it just had a diner review for ATL.

Landmark Diner (2 locations - Roswell Rd or Cheshire Bridge), Majestic (Ponce), the Buckhead Diner is actually a pricey restaurant that just looks like a diner ...

Flying Biscuit is sort of a southern version of a diner-type place. And Henri's in Buckhead is a deli / bakery type place.

the Atlanta Bread Company is alright. But if you are in the mood for sub sandwhiches i would go to the deli section at Public (the grocrey store). I know it sounds stupid, but they have kick *** subs.
