Ok so as of right now I'm a junior in high school and 4"9. It really bugs me because I'm seriously the shortest person in school plus or minus a person or two. Its bugging me so bad because I can't get my mind off of it. I wanna grow taller by my senior year and I heard about all these different kind of growth pills. I'm that desperate that I might resort to that. But can anyone tell me if they actually work or they're just some scam?

  1. Providing you get plenty of protein (meat), calcium (milk) and zinc (red meat, oysters, mussels and zinc) you will grow exactly the same amount with or without growth pills.

  2. Unfortunately, no. Nothing can force your body to grow taller than your DNA says you will. There are some things that can take away from your potential height (including smoking, drugs, caffeine, etc), so as long as you stay away from those and have a healthy diet, you should grow as tall as you're supposed to. Besides all that, your growing age normally peaks around 20 years old, so you've got plenty of time to finish growing.

  3. Height Growth Products : The first approved natural product for height increase is Super-Growth   www.super-growth.info    with this product it is possible to gain additional height growth even after puberty.

  4. I am afraid not. Growth pills  would not work, and  it may be harmful for your condition because of some ingredients/ contents have been mixed to the pills

Do not think  about that to much, we might not know that maybe someday it will come to you that time will make you tall. Take your time

(or is it in your genes or family history that your short)
