Yes.  PS 31 (now Montessori School) on Ravenswood Road is haunted by at least 3 spirits.  I was the head of maintenance there for 24 years, and my staff often reported seeing children in the hallways either before the school doors were unlocked or in the late evening.  In 1963, a child was killed there in an accident in the cafetria, and supposedly he haunts the place.  Not sure of the identity of the other ghosts.
