Are there any other herbal or supplementary pills that will prevent bad health problems in teens or anything that is common and bad in the future? I would like to improve my health and apprearance. I have taken biotin pills before too but they had no effect.

  1. There have been recent studies suggesting that massive vitamin doses may actually have toxic effects.  (Vitamin C was not included in the study, and it's believed to be safe in large doses.)  Fish oil in the dosage you're taking is also safe.

You're better off eating a well-balanced diet (and a single multi-vitamin a day) rather than hoping for a pill or supplement to make or keep you healthy.  Just remember that even though they're natural, herbal supplements aren't automatically safe and since there's no oversight or labeling regulations, you can't be sure that what it says on the bottle is accurate.  Remember that poison ivy and arsenic are also completely natural.

  2. try Centrum or gummy vites, or the flintstones ones
