  1. There is an ancient medication that I have heard good things about.

    It's called alcohol. In moderation it will do the trick.


  2. something called rescue remedy it can be obtained from most health food shops or on line. It helps in all kinds of situations such as tests and exams and can also be used on frightened animals for when they are afraid of thunder and fireworks etc

    Kava is a mild hypnotic sedative drink that's been used in the polynesian islands for a long time for what you mentioned. It's made from the ground roots of the kava plant, and you can find instant drink mixes online.

    I find Kava more pleasant than alcohol. Furthermore, it's a little safer, since unlike alcohol it's nearly impossible to fatally overdose. Another nice thing is that you don't have to worry about building up tolerance, since the psychoactive compounds are lipid soluble.
