If so, how was the training? I know it's hard but is it like in a boot camp? And, I need advices...I'm just a beginner... in skating (I don't know. For some reason, i love to learn how to skate just to feel the wind)

  1. I play hockey . The training depends on what you play.  I play Travel as well as house. The travel training  very tough. Our coach is also a college coach. So he works us like we were training to win a NCAA title. It is hard but it is all worth it. I know I have improved a lot. The house level training is all up to you. A matter of lessons, clinics, pick up games, even camps. But always have fun first and foremost with it.

  2. I used to play street.

    It's more safe, and fun,

but I would like to play ice one day, anyway, this section is about ICE hockey in relation.

  3. I play hockey also and it is really up to the coach(es) of your team...

If you get a coach who is really serious about winning or hates losing then your prolly in for a rough ride

  4. I've played for...well, a long time.

Early season practices can be tough if you're not in shape; much like many team sports; now is the time to work on your conditioning (you can do off-ice stuff like running, biking, etc.).

Make sure you're always on time (never late), listen to what your coach says, and skate at full effort every drill and scrimmage.

    Good luck.

  5. Well, since you asked in the hockey section, I highly doubt it.

  6. I play ice hockey yes, is it like a boot camp? That depends on the coach(es) and as Joey said, how commited they are to winning.
