Question:

Are there any honest body shops left?

I'm having a hard time trying to find a body shop to repair my 1999 chevy cavalier. It was involved in an accident and I'm only covered under liability. I would like to know why does it cost so much to repair the right rear door and right quarter panel? I have been given estimates between $2900.00 - $3500.00. My car was only worth $1700.00 before the accident. Is this a lost cause? I hope not because I had her(my car) from the beginning. Please, is there any help out there? Only serious responses please!

  1. The problem is that that is not a car which is common in England - hence the high price.
