Are there any instant messaging apps with video for Mac?

I am a PC user and my GF has a Mac. I use Windows Live messenger and we want to be able to have video calls, but her version of messenger doesn't support video. So are there any other apps. for Mac that let you have video chat with people using Live messenger??

There are two applications that will let you do Windows Live Messenger video on your mac.

Mercury Messenger:

Neither of them are as polished as Live Messenger for PC, but they are both free and do a pretty good job.  

As suggested earlier - other alternatives that don't support Live Messenger Video but do support other video platforms are Yahoo Messenger, Skype, iChat AV...
