Are there any internet cafes in London from where I can send e-mails in Japanese??

There used to be some PC corner inside the Japan Centre, but it seems to have gone.....I've been to Easy Internet but its PC is not applied to Japanese.....some of my friends back in Japan would like to receive my e-mails in Japanese,so I'm really looking for it !
