Are there any job oppurtunites or volunteer oppurtunities for 15 year olds in DisneyLand?

I would like to do a job at DisneyLand in the summer. However, I am not 18 years old. All answers are helpful! Thank You!

my school has R.O.P. which i don't remember what it stands for but it counts as an elective and you can work at disneyland or knotts! you don't get paid but like i said it counts for an elective and you immediately can get hired if you want after your old enough! check your school to see if they have this program or something similar
