  1. I work at a financial services firm.  I'm not aware of any banking-specific websites, but you can certainly look for headhunters who specialize in finance roles if you live in a major city that has a financial presence.

    You can also apply for operations jobs directly on the websites of most commercial and investment banks.  Also look into hedge funds, asset managers, and other sorts of financial firms, as you can get operations experience in any of these.

    BTW, "back office" is an outdated term.  Most firms are using operations to characterize that role, and operations is becoming more and more commercial.  Operations teams interface directly with clients, so client service is important.  And operations teams create an experience for clients which can affect their decision with whom to trade.   If a client knows that a trade will settle correctly, have correct documentation, cash will be correct, margin calls will be accurate, statements will be prompt, etc., then the client may be more likely to trade with that firm.
