The best place is at the Viktualienmarkt (the open air market) near the main Square (Marienplatz) There are tow or three fruit vendors who make excellent juice drinks, hot and cold, at reasonable prices. Try the one just south of Rindermarkt. Train stations in Germany usually have juice bars as well now. If you are thinking fancy, trendy juice bars, head up to Schwabing (Subway stop Muenchener Freiheit) and try the cafes there.
