Are there any kind of fish that will eat duck p**p and be safe to be around the ducks?

I have two pekin ducks and a 50 gallon water container for them to swim in. After a couple days the water gets nasty and stinky. Are there fish that will clean the water and also be safe if the ducks eat them?

Well we put Small Koi and Algei fish into our ducks pond for that exact reason.

But, after two days, we didn't have anymore fishies.

Now they are in the ducks tummies!

So, We just put a water filterer in it.

Maybe thats what you should do too!
