Are there any kosher restaurants in Spain?

Yes.  There are some fairly large Jewish communities in the larger cities in Spain.  They are all orthodox (I have it on good authority), so there would have to be access to Kosher foods and restaurants.

I originally did a search of Synagogues, and came up with a number of different community addresses, some of which are accessible through the net, and some of which require snailmail.  They will know where such restaurants are.

Also:  Hadassah magazine.  The Jewish Traveller columnists go to Spain periodically, and they always add a couple of restaurants.  I think they can be accessed by searchin Hadassah Magazine online,

Another solution:  many of the people I know who keep kosher simply eat at vegetarian restaurants.  You're pretty safe with that.  (depends how glatt you want to go.)

BTW...my friend met up with us in Barcelona, and we went to Girona together.  The call (medieval Jewish quarter) was REALLY nice, there.  There's a museum/old synagogue there, that is fantastic!  (in case you're interested in that sort of thing).  And if you are, the synagogues (all just museums, now) two in Toledo, and one in Cordoba, are all great.  If you can only do one, The Synagogue del Tránsito in Toledo is the nicest.  It has a massive new museum (they closed down something like three years ago to put it in), that is very interesting.
