I don't believe there are.  Not in the USA at least.  Not sure why you think they are s**y.  I don't find guys in Speedos all that hot.  To me, a camel toe is kind of like a front-end wedgie.  :p

I do not think there are laws, but the rules of etiquette would say that such things should be kept private and not publically displayed....much in the same manner as how much cleavage a woman displays.
