  1. Here's your answer. Do you have a Constitutional right to write F*ck on your car? Absolutely. Are you likely to get hassled by the cops? Yep. Will someone key-art your car, break your windows, or flatten your tires? Maybe. You see, it does not matter if there are man-made laws about this. There is an "Everything you ever needed to know, you learned in kindergarten" rule about this. Simply stated, the rule is this: "Don't pee into the wind."
