  4. No.   Most any music downloads require a purchase of one type or another.    You can buy Napster download cards.  Along with download cards from various other sources.   You can buy MP3 players which have cards/links for upto 50 free Mp3 downloads. etc.,   Beyond that no.

  7. hey if you are saying legal and free then these are two different options you asked. if you want to download legally then you try using http://www.kptunes.com where you can download music legally. "FREE" mean you don't want to download legally then. you can go for legal download and put yourself on safe hands. i have been using kptunes for a while now and i am happy with it. i know it's not free but i don't pay a single penny to download per song.

  8. Anything that is licensed under the "Creative Commons" licensing is O.K. to download and listen to.  Check out this site.
