  1. For food help go to http://www.secondharvest.com and enter you zip code to fnd the foodbank in your area.  The foodbank is like a wholesale place that food pantries get food to help ppl.  The foodbank can gve you a list of food pantries in your area.  Some of those will provide other help too.   For help with rent/lights/etc and referrals for other help Catholic Charities (330) 762-7481, Salvation Army (330) 665-3335.  The welfare deot can tell you about Food Stamps and other helpand probably has a community help directory.

  2. AKRON :O

  3. You can try to call local churches. They usually have food banks, clothing, etc. Sometimes they even have furniture. Also, families from the churches will donate to your family. But in return, I'm sure they would "expect" you to go to their church or participate in functions.

*Also if your a single parent, do a search on yahoo or google for "family aid, local food drives, free clothing, etc.

I live in downtown Akron, ohio. So if you need any more info or anything msg me.

  4. So i went to this website :  http://www.volunteermatch.org/search/ind...
