Are there any low-fiber vegetarian foods?

I'm scheduled for a colonoscopy next month and they want me to eat low-fiber for five days before the procedure. I'm ovo-lacto vegetarian, but I don't eat eggs on their own, only in things.

  1. Milk, yogurt, cheese, ice cream, fruits with no skin, juice, white bread and rice, and oreos. All dairy has little to no fiber.

  2. You can eat white rice, white pasta, cheese, eggs, white bread.  You get it...basically stuff that is not so good for you.  Processed flour has very little fiber and animal products have no fiber whatsoever.

Most fruits and vegetables have a bit of fiber so if you have some of these peel the skin off of the apple and peel the potato before you eat it.  This will reduce it's fiber.

  3. White pasta, white rice and white breads are low fiber.  Also tofu, most fruit juice, dairy products.

  4. tofu, mashed potatoes, white rice, cheese, pasta (not whole wheat).
