  1. Not sure what type of job you are asking about but there are some.

    The National Weather Service Office at Ruskin has 15 to 20 meteorological positions.

    I am sure area TV stations have a position or two.

    Meteorology is a rather competitive field and is difficult to find an entry level position near where you live. Most forecasters start in areas other than near where they grew up.
