Are there any minimal medical requirements that are needed to Captain a superyacht ?

To have a 'Captains License' you need to pass a physical and be on a drug testing program.

Super Yacht or charter fishing boat, the health requirements are the same.

In the USA the USCG controls the marine licenses and set the levels and requirements.
