Are there any moms with a disabled child in Maryland that can give me information on services?

I am planning on moving to the Maryland area by next summer. I'm either going to move to Waldorf (majority) of my family lives there, somewhere in PG county or Montgomery county. He currently receives a medicaid waiver that pays for home services, respite, etc. I'm looking as much as I can on the internet, but I just would like any info that anyone can give me on seeking out services, how long your medicaid waiver waiting list is, what are some good schools, and whatever else you could provide me. Just want to know who I should call. Thank you all so much.
