well im not sure exactaly were your talking about

but mostly no! like some people have there dirtbike

clubs and the club owns a track then you can i belive.

State exactly where you are and you may get a better answer as there are Central Coasts in most countries.

If you are an Aussie which I think you may be, then look on MotorcyclingNSW web site as that will give you affliated clubs for motocross and you could perhaps phone one of those and ask the question as many people who race regularly will also know all the tracks that may not be affliated as well.
