  1. Paris is located on a north-bending arc of the river Seine and includes two inhabited islands, the Île Saint-Louis and the larger Île de la Cité which is the heart and origin of the city. Paris has several prominent hills, of which the highest is Montmartre at 130 metres (426½ ft) above sea level.

  2. Actually, there are several mountains in Paris. Or at least streets or squares named after mountains.

This is about all you will find!

  3. No ! There are only a few hills inside and out Paris. But not mountains.

Closest mountains are the Jura Mountains and Vosges (in Eastern France).

  4. i don't think so

  5. No

  6. There are no real mountains close to Paris. There are some hills and valleys in Ardennes at about 3 hours away from Paris but the real mountains would be Vosges or Jura and are not that close.

Alpes and Pyrénées are not close and they are our highest mountains.
