There is some IMing in "You've Got Mail" with Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan.  It's a romantic comedy.

There is also some IMing in "Me and You and Everyone We Know."  That's a brilliant but weird indy movie created by Miranda July...  Not for the faint of heart.

Theres one called Odd Girl Out on lifetime.

Theres some IMing involved and pretty much some girls make a teenagers life horrible. It's a good movie though.
