there are many movies, such as..

Greek (abc family)

this is about college students who are in sororities and fraternities

Gossip Girl (the CW)

this is about high schoolers, but they are extremely rich and very dramatic

Not that I know of. But yeah basically the Hills. But half of that stuff is fake.
