  1. cat nip ,cammamile and valarian root


  2. A good quality Green Tea works well for me

  3. Magnesium , in powder form. You can dilute it in warm water or room temp.

  4. Valeriana and also Tilo. Both teas make you sleepy.

  5. Try Celestrial Teas, Sleepytime Tea.  It has a bunch of relaxing herbs.
