  2. It depends on what the pain is coming from.

Trying Googleing the name of your pain with 'natural cures'

  3. well, your own body has a natural pain killing system, based on autolegous (ie made by the body) opioids.   This is hardwired into us through evolution.  While pain is a useful signal if you put your hand on a hot stove, it can also be a distraction in a life threatening situation.  The body has evolved the ability to suppress the pain signals when there are more pressing things to do...like run away from that sabre tooth tiger that just bit you for example.

It is the body's natural opioid system that is activated by the Placebo Mechanism that is behind the "success" of most altmed techniques.

You can buy acetaminophen, ASA , naprosyn or ibuprofen without a prescription.

  4. try eating poppy seeds

  5. willow tree bark cures headaches got to chew it

  6. Aspirin.  Yep, aspirin is made from willow bark and nothing else.  So if you don't want to take an aspirin, go chew on a willow tree.

I'm a Master Gardener and an herbalist.  I specialize in herbology and natural remedies.

  7. weed natural but illegal

  8. Pineapple: Bromelain, a chemical found in pineapple, helps prevent inflammation and can assist the body in getting rid of immune antigen complex, which has been implicated in some arthritic conditions.  Pineapple can be eaten raw, added to foods, or consumed as a juice.

Pineapple: The only natural source of bromelain\u2014a proteolytic enzyme that acts as a "clean-up crew", digesting dead protein cells in case of injury or run-of-the-mill micro-tears that are part of the muscle-building process. Research suggests the bromelain in pineapple can also help reduce inflammation and relieve muscle soreness. Scientists at the Dole Nutrition Institute found that fresh or frozen pineapple has as much, if not more, bromelain activity than supplements. Pineapples also provide an excellent source of vitamin C (helps promote collagen formation and improve iron absorption) and manganese (supports metabolism and bone density).

  9. MSM, methylsulfonylmethane (METH-əl-sul-FON-il-METH-ane). MSM is an organic form of sulfur that is found in our living tissues. Approximately half of the total body sulfur is concentrated in the muscles, skin and bones. One of the most significant uses of MSM as a supplement is its demonstrated ability to relieve pain and inflammation. MSM can relieve pain and help repair worn or damaged cartilage in joints, ligaments and tendons.

One thousand to three thousand milligrams per day is a typical dosage range, but some people take well above that amount. I use it for my knee and what I did is started with three thousand milligrams in the morning and three thousand milligrams in the evening and increased the dosage by two thousand milligrams a day until the pain was gone. I now take five thousand milligrams in the morning and in the evening with vitamin C and the pain is gone.  People with fibromyalgia take as much as fifteen thousand to thirty thousand milligrams a day until their pain was gone.

Its very safe to use and you can purchase it at any health store. I know if you use MSM  for your pain you will find relief.
