  1. The essential amino acid threonine found in meat, dairy, eggs, wheat germ, veggies, nuts, and beans has anti-anxiety properties.  Threonine pushes alpha waves and promotes GABA formation.

    The essential amino acid tryptophan can be used.  Its Synthesized to Serotonin which turns to melatonin.  It is also synthesized to Niacin in another pathway (60 mg Trypt=1 mg niacin).

    Niacin has pathways to help body/mind be happy and healthy.


  2. Meditation - particularly transcendental meditation can help you to cure anxiety in natural way.

  3. It depends how severe. I get really bad anxiety and always do deep breathing. For depersonalization I use low dose xanax only when I really need it. Things like tea or a warm bath always help.

  4. Green tea  is wonderful for that. It increases alpha waves, there is also magnolia bark extract, valerian, lavender oil. I especially like lavender oil, I found one excellent one from www.gilbertiesherbs.com   Too much lavender oil can make you sleepy, avoid using it while driving.

  5. anxiety is not always a bad thing.  it keeps you on your toes and makes you accomplish things that you need to do. but, too much of it is over whelming.  What i do is walk about 45 minutes this usually helps, trying to re-think thoughts that you have, replacing negative thoughts with positive thoughts.  and, eating nutritious foods.  Niacin (with the flush) will eliminate strong anxiety.  i also enjoy some white wine (when I am home) and not going to drive.

  6. i dont do it....but ive heard 420 differents reasons to go to youtube and type in "run from the cure"  and youll see one of natures best remedies as well as the cure for many cancers.

    the problem is that big pharmacy and the gov (who makes billions taxing big pharm) cant let this secret out because of the trillions of dollars at stake.

    Exercise.

    Yoga.

    Meditation.

    Deep breathing. Inhale to a count of 4, hold to a count of 7, exhale to a count of 8.
