  1. I would recommend that you start eating natural, if you give your body lots of vitamins, it can heal faster.

Drinking lots of water will clear your blood, making your skin clear.

Also avoid sugar, white refined food (like bread, rice) and oil and salt. I've also heard caffeine can trigger it.

You can sweeten foods you would usually have sugar on with honey instead because its natural.

I did this back when i was 13 and my skin went better. People say its nothing to do with diet, but its proven it helps!! Please try it, or just do a few things I said.

  2. Drink a lot of water and fresh fruit and vegetables.

If you cut out all that stuff from your diet, and are still breaking out, some food might cause that. I've heard that too  much milk or too much of certain foods make people break out more.

Acne is hormonal, so it won't stop completely till you are done growing up, and that can take years.

I still have really bad acne. I tried a couple prescriptions, but in the end, I got sick of them and I now just use home remedies.

The only problem is that home remedies do take longer, but in the end they are more effective.

I recently have tried the products in the Biore line, because they contain some natural ingredients. If I want to rush things up, Benzoyl peroxide helps dry out pimples, but be careful to only put it on the pimple and not all over because it will dry your face.

To control acne, this is a good home made face scrub I use. I mix a little bit of yogurt and some corn meal, till it becomes a paste, and I rub that on my face. It helps smooth things out and clean your pores.

To dry out acne already on your face, mix water or milk, with turmeric and with gram flour, and place the mixture as a mask on your face. It gets hard, and you can see it take out blackheads and oil from your face. It does smell a little, but it's the price you pay I use this a couple times a week, no more than three, because if you over dry your face,  more oils get on your face, and then you break out more.

Also, moisturize really well. I use Oil of Olay, often because I don't want my skin to be dry.

For scarring, lemon juice works really well, although it does take a long time. People say applying rose water to scarred areas doesn't work, but I think it does, so I use that too. If you have really bad scarring, try rubbing some olive oil on the area, because it will moisturize the skin and also help fade away scars.

I have a lot more I could give, but go ahead and ask me if you need any more help. Hope this works for you.

I googled some sites with home remedies, you might try that.

  3. Drinking lots of water and eating fresh and green vegetables helps to keep your body free of toxins. Also you need to keep your bowel clean. Try to unstress yourself as much as possible. These are some natural remedies to prevent acne. Using honey isn't advisable as it can clog your pores and clogged pores are the biggest contributing factor towards acne, zits and blackheads.

I would also advise you to try this herbal acne el which works very fast to clear facial acne, zits and pimples. The gel is made from the purest botanical extracts and also helps to unclog pores and reduce the swelling and redness of acne and pimples. Try it for two weeks and you'll find it amazing and yourself completely free from acne and zits.

  4. many natural ways to get rid of acne and natural cures for acne have been documented. These natural acne cures generally involve applying some form of fruit, vegetable, or herb to the affected areas. Included among these natural ways to get rid of acne are:

Garlic applied to the affected area.

    A paste made of cucumbers.

    Mint oil or mint juice.

Honey has a natural antimicrobial action and has been used among the natural cures for acne for a long time.

Some of the more modern of the natural ways to get rid of acne are toothpaste or oatmeal bath treatment, mixed into a paste and applied to the affected areas.

My personal favorite is honey..i apply it 3 to 5 times a week
