Are there any natural remedies to get rid of nose bleeds and to prevent nose bleeds caused by dry nasal

Im sorry but I don't think there is anything. I used to have a nose bleed a day and they eventually went away. I think you just have to wait them out. But when you get them tilt your head up. It will stop them or at least slow them down.

You could try saline sprays or gel.

a q-tip and some vaseline is the simplest remedy.  Once the vaseline is on the q-tip, gently grease the inside of your nostril.  This is especially important before going to bed at night.  It will allow the damaged tissue in your nostril to stay lubricated and heal without making a scab that you may end up picking or blowing out and start the bleeding all over again. yeah, it gives me the willies too to stick something up your nose but do it gently and make sure you also drink plenty of water to lubricate you from the inside as well.  I have this problem alot in the winter.
