I know you are supposed to seal all outside exits and keep your house clean, including inside webs, etc. but the critters still get in. Please, if you have heard of any home remedies or even store bought ones I am willing to try them.

  1. Try food grade diatomaceous earth.  I used it in my house as well as outside and it worked wonders.  Be careful as it kills both good bugs and bad.  Also, it is very fine so you need a very good vaccuum cleaner or else it will spread through the house via the air and get uncomfortable to breath.  It is not a pesticide so bugs cannot get used to it.  There are several places you can buy it on the web.  Cheers!

  2. mothballs

  3. Keep your house clean. They (spiders) are only there if one has food in the house. (Other insects)

  4. the best thing to do is keep the house clean. it will keep away not only spiders, but also  cochroaches, rats, etc. look, I'm not telling that your house is dirty, but sometimes we have woods, or some materials that atract these animals.

  5. a hungry frog
