I know several corpsmen (medics) who were assigned as SAR corpsmen.

you can ask to go to SAR school. it's considered collateral duty. you can always try to cross rate to navy diver too.

Naval Aircrewman...most avaition rates can be an Aircrewman, most usually an AW

Also BM (Boatswains Mate) can be a  SAR Swimmer onboard a ship.
