Are there any new American or Canadian soap operas coming out this fall season?

I used to watch passions and now that it is over I want to start watching another soap opera, but I don't want to jump in the middle of some of those long going shows? any ideas on new soaps coming out in the future?

Most "new" soap-like shows are in the evening like the Secret Lifeof An Amer. Teenager. Tuesdays on abcfamily.

I doubt it new ones will be added to daytime.
