YES, but you would be better off going to Covent Garden. more to see and do.

Up on the second floor of Victoria Station itself is a nice selection of restraurants and stuff... a diner, Italian... some bars and stuff too I think... pop up the escalator from the ground floor (where all the platflorms are) and have a nose around, I'm sure something up there will be suitable.  Have a good date!
