Depends where exactly in NW Africa. There are Berbers, who are real mix racial, about 80% Caucasian, varying a lot from tribe to tribe. Wiki has a good item on them. But then, so do I.

As you move south you get into Fulani and Mauritanian territory. There are some tribal people there in Mauritania too.
