Yes , up and down both the costa dorada and costa brava..   They are both near Barcelona city... ( about an hr both north and south by train)

yes,

i think there is a strip right next to pizza hut, close to the port olympic. Then the very end of the beach at the end of barceloneta is also a nudist strip.. But i dont know of a beach that is nudist from top to bottom..

I have to say, there is a lot of topless people all along the beach (and some nude man) in barceloneta....
