Are there any online colleges that are self paced?

I would like to go to college online, but would love it if I could find one that is self paced. I have a lot of time right now and would love to spend it on something meaningful, like an education! I'd rather take 2 or classes at a time, so I can really focus, but dont want each class to take a few months so that I dont ever get a degree! So, any solutions you have for me? Do you go to school online? What has been your experience? (And what college do you go to?) Thanks for taking the time and helping me out!
