Are there any online video converters for zune?

i want to get my videos from youtube or veoh, but i don't want to have to download a stupid trial verision of anything because nothing seems to work. i've tried vixy and this other ste,but whenever i try to drag it to my zune video section, it says it's an invalid format, but i downloaded the video's in MPEG-4 format! as well as mp4. what the h**l is going on? does anyone know anysites and can you give advice on a step by step process to add videos to the zune?

but to convert dvd to zune with high quality I use Daniusoft DVD to Zune Converter. It never frustrate me.
