watch your local paper. the info will be out in there.

look on cultureandtourism.org/films and click on casting calls, they will list most things there.

look up grant wilfley casting, they have a connecticut office and take submissions for when things film in CT, which is fairly often these days.

also they will often post thing on craigslist under "gigs".

newenglandfilm.com, these are smaller independent projects.
