Are there any organazations like the peace corp. but do not require a college education?

None I know of that will fly you halfway around the world, train you for three months and provide medical and dental care. There are thousands of volunteer organizations. Some let you pay them for a working vacation; you go somewhere for two weeks and do something useful for someone else.

Americorps is like the old CCC. They will teach you a skill.

The SCA - Student Conservation Association - takes volunteers as young as 16. You work in a National Park  at something like building trails - hard manual labor, anyway. You pay for your transportation and food.
