Some. You'll probably have to deal with medical and dental care on your own (ie, you pay for it.) You will probably have to pay your own travel expenses, too. The training you get won't be as good, so you may end up trying to learn the language without a teacher or materials. You will be on your own to learn about the culture and history of your country, too.

Harsh as it is, the basic fact is the developing world has tons of people who are neither highly skilled nor highly educated, all looking for work. They don't really need more from the USA.
