  1. Definitely it has, i know that theres a lot of Samaritan in Australia which help to all kids and one of them is to bring it back all the out of school kids in school.


  2. yes, every child in Australia is entitled to an education. Hospitals have schools within them for the education of children who are confined to hospital for long amounts of time.
