Are there any organizations that try to solve the "stupid in america" problem and things like that, or try to get people to be more aware of other cultures and things?

i don't know how to explain it. but...

i know what you mean and i don't know of any but i wish there were...get kids out of public school it doesn't help, only teaches people to be sheep

The term you want may be awareness organizations and advacacy organizations.   For ex you can do a search at http://www.altavista.com using organization as the key we and homelessness awareness, hunger awareness, AIDS awareness, cutlural differences awareness, Latino awareness,  Black awareness, disability awareness etc.  You'll find listed organizations for all these and more

people on the right feel that the stupid problems are caused by the left, those on the left blame the right.

I blame the populous for allowing carreer politicians to w***e out this country.

there are plenty of gourps but you have to pick a side of the fence first.
