Are there any other Halloween obsessed people like me? and why r we like this ?

I'm very normal otherwise! But, starting at the end of August every year I get this crazy rush of Excitement and I start counting down the days until Oct. 31st. I decorate my house and just really get into the Halloween spirit, go to pumpkin patches etc. Everyone thinks I'm a little crazy ...................I love it though, kinda embarrassing how much though! lol

I can remember always being like this since I was little. Are we just born this way ?

What things do you do to get into the Hallow -spirit ??

I'm not, but my brother is.  He wanted to start decorating for Halloween in May, but his wife wouldn't let him.  We've already exchanged Halloween cards.

yea yea yea i am i am!!! i decorate my room cuz my mom does like old ppl with like a thingy of hay and pumpkins and maybe a scarecrow but i go all out in my room. and btw theres 74 days and thats it!!!! omg i already know what im being! and i usually plan that in january weird i no!!!!!! me and my sister well she is still trick or treating now shes in 10th grade! and im gonna keep trick or treating and im only 11 but i love halloween and some of my friends are stopping now and i think that thats rlly stupid halloweens my favorite holiday! o and i like being scared of michael myers (he only comes out on halloween) and i love when all the scary mpvies are on omg i love the entire month of october now o and and and i always go pumpkin picking on columbus day!

o and i forgot the other part!

i think we r like this because halloweens like the best cuz we get free flippin candy its on friday this year so we can stay up eating said candy and we get to dress uup like sumthing were not which is super fun cuz im gonna look rlly funky cuz im gonna be an 80s diva im wearing my sisters dance costume and im gonna look flippin AWESOME!!!!!

Oh Dont Worry. I am very obsessed with halloween. Me and my sister both are! Im already excited and its not even september yet! I always start putting orange and black ribbons in my hair and wearing it like that to work :)

And I draw little ghost and pumpkins and cut them out and put them all over my room.

And of course, you have to start thinking about your costume :)

I am hopelessly Halloween-obsessed! I spend many hours studying it all year, belong to a Halloween group, and have even made a point of finding unusual Halloween events around the country (which I can hopefully attend).

This year I am putting together a miniature Sleepy Hollow village, and will probably think of a hundred other ideas I want to try before October 31.  

Oh - I even made my own Halloween cards one year.

I have loved Halloween since I was a kid. I don't know exactly why although I have always loved spooky stuff.

I can not stop thinking about Halloween!!  I am into it like, all year!!  It started when I was little, I had this wonderful feeling when trick or treating.  I loved all the scary flashing lights and the smell of jack o lanterns.  I  loved Halloween all my life!!  I thought I was the only one on the face of the Earth who obsessed about Halloween all year until I joined some Halloween forums.  There are lots of Halloween forums out there.  Search around for some!!

And no, loving Halloween all the time does not mean your goth.  Goths have nothing to do with Halloween.  I am in love with Halloween and I am not goth.  I think one of the reasons I am like this is because I have nothing else to do during this boring summer.  The other reason is that it is so much fun!!

Thank God I'm not the only one, lol. That is exactly like me. I have already started making Halloween decorations. I love the Halloween season. It is so festive. I can close my eyes and see it as a kid again. I get into the spirit by buying a mess load of arts and crafts. I find anything Halloween to watch on tv or a movie and start making pumpkins, witches, ghosts, bats, candy corn, etc.Construction paper, scissors and glitter glue come in real handy. I buy Halloween cups to drink out of and lots of candy. Ok I really sound like a weirdo, lol. Thanks for writing this, now I'm even more excited about it!
