Question:

Are there any other countries that have military bases in the US?

I understand the US is just renting many since World War II, that we only lease them for 99 years but I always wondered how many other countries do that?

Is there anywhere in the US that has a military base on US soil say like any allies like the UK?

  1. To listen to politicians at the moment, you would think the Mexicans did--as they prepare to finish the invasion and make us all speak Spanish.

    Keeping us in line by providing us with delicious tortillas.

    But in all seriousness, no other country has bases in the United States.

  4. Norad is a joint US/Canadian Base.

    The Commander of Norad, switches between an American general and a Canadian general every several years.

    The Germans also have their Air Defense School, on part of Fort Bliss , Tx.

  5. There are no foreign military bases on US soil, The constitution would not allow it.  

  6. We host foreign military members at our bases sometimes but no country has a base on our soil.

    Other than embassies of course, but that's more of a base of peace and not war.
