  1. Yes probably dozens more in the outer reaches of the solar system beyond Neptune. Like Object 1993--- here:

  2. umm....ya there are tons more in our galaxy those ones u pointed out are only in our solar system(exept pluto, pluto's a ice dwarf not actually a planet) the galaxy is to vast to even begin to imagine how many there r. let me put this into perspective--there are billions of stars in the sky which are in the middle of a solar system similar to ours, exept there can be anywhere from one planet to hundreds circling one sun

  3. Pluto isn't a planet anymore : )

  4. at least 17  ex-solar  planets. visit www.youtube.com and see what has been found so far

  5. There are, at present, about 300 known planets, and more being found every day.

  6. some scientists telling that during 2012 one event called Nibiru is going to happen.. Nibiru means v can see another planets between earth and mars its seems..

  7. Pluto is not a planet. The other eight objects you listed there are the eight planets that exist in the Solar System. There are many planets outside our Solar System, in fact scientists have already discovered some 307 planets orbiting other stars in our galaxy and are discovering more at a rate of dozens every year. So far, all but two of the discovered objects are more massive than the Earth (which is the largest rocky planet in our Solar System), and the two that aren't are very small (one is about twice the mass of the Moon and the other is smaller than the Moon) and both orbit a pulsar. However, the main reason mostly large planets have been discovered is simply because they are easier to detect with most methods than small planets are. Scientists believe is highly probable that many other planets with masses in the range of our own rocky planets do exist in our galaxy and in the rest of the Universe, in fact the average number of planets per star is probably at least 1 which means there are probably hundreds of billions of planets in our galaxy alone, and many of those planets probably also have moons which could themselves easily be as massive as the Earth.

  8. Not Pluto...but they do find masses that they do believe to be planets..but they go by really weird names until there is evidence that they are planets.

  9. There possibly are, there are probably millions in the universe.
