Are there any outlet malls in Ottawa, Canada?

Not really. There is college square (by IKEA and Algonquin College) but, there aren't any deals there, it's just the same stores as the mall but bigger versions. If you want outlets I would recommend driving an few hours across the border to Syracuse or Watertown.
