Are there any over-the-counter anti-emetics?

Yeah, I'm an emetophobic, and I'm not feeling very good. I'm REALLY scared, and so I was wondering if there are any over-the-counter anti-emetics...

There are plenty of anti-nausea medicines out there. Take a stroll down the medicine aisle at a drug-store or somewhere like Target, if you're confused ask the pharmacist.

Gravol is always an option, sea-sickness wrist bands, ginger (tea, ale, and tablets), peppermint tea, licorice tea, and a whiff of rubbing alcohol can all help as well.

You might want to look into something to address the problem rather than the symptom.  Pepto Bismol or some other stomach-soother may do the trick.
