Yeah, I'm an emetophobic, and I'm not feeling very good. I'm REALLY scared, and so I was wondering if there are any over-the-counter anti-emetics...

  1. There are plenty of anti-nausea medicines out there. Take a stroll down the medicine aisle at a drug-store or somewhere like Target, if you're confused ask the pharmacist.

  2. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antiemetic I don't know if this will help but it has all sorts of stuff on here try anti motion sickness durgs thoes might help you from throwing up

  3. Saltines

  4. Gravol is always an option, sea-sickness wrist bands, ginger (tea, ale, and tablets), peppermint tea, licorice tea, and a whiff of rubbing alcohol can all help as well.

    Good luck!

  5. You might want to look into something to address the problem rather than the symptom.  Pepto Bismol or some other stomach-soother may do the trick.
